How We Work

Consultation and analysis of your project
  • What We Do: We provide a free consultation to understand your goals, business specifics, and requirements.
Your Role: Share your idea, the market you want to enter, and your long-term plans.
Result: You receive a clear action plan and a full understanding of all the necessary steps.
  • What We Do: We help you collect and prepare all the necessary documents for company registration, including:

    • Incorporation documents

    • Permits and licenses

    • Office lease agreement (if required)

Your Role: Provide basic information about your future business (name, type of activity, founders).
Result: A complete set of documents ready for submission to the government authorities.

What We Do:
We submit the necessary documents to local authorities and guide you through the entire company registration process.
This includes:

  • Choosing the appropriate company type (e.g., WFOE, Joint Venture, or Representative Office)

  • Obtaining your official business license

Your Role:

  • Sign the required documents

  • Pay the applicable government fees

Result:
A fully registered company with a legal business address and all necessary permits.

  • What We Do: We assist in obtaining work visas for you and your team, as well as family visas for your loved ones:

    • For you: We process a Z-type work visa based on an invitation from your company.

    • For your family: After your work visa is issued, we help arrange S1/S2 family visas for your spouse, children, and other close relatives—allowing them to legally stay in China with you.

    • We also support you in obtaining a Work Permit alongside the Z visa.

Your Role: Provide personal documents (passport, diplomas, certificates) for yourself and your family members.
Result: Legal authorization for you to work and live in China, and the ability for your family to stay with you.

What We Do: We continue to support your business after its launch by providing:

  • Legal and tax consultations

  • Assistance with day-to-day operational issues

  • Optimization of business processes

Your Role: Focus on growing your business while we ensure its compliance and efficiency.

I was really worried about having to leave Guangzhou to apply for a work visa, as it would have taken a lot of time and effort. But thanks to the professional team, the entire process was arranged without me having to leave the city!

The specialists took care of everything — preparing the documents, communicating with the consulate, and even helping with family visas for my wife and children. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and without unnecessary hassle. I just had to show up at the scheduled locations in Guangzhou to sign the necessary papers — that’s it!
